Bundles Of Compassion Campaign
Following the recent conflict in Iran, many people have unfortunately lost their homes, their sense of security, and in some cases, their loved ones. Many families are now living in partially damaged homes, rented accommodations, or temporary shelters, without the financial means to meet even their most basic needs.
At Afra Charity Foundation, we are counting on your support through our “Bundles of Compassion” initiative. Through this multiple-phase effort, we aim to help ease the burden on affected families while supporting their gradual recovery toward stability and self-sufficiency.

Phase 1: Emergency Relief (Immediate Needs)
Provide essential items, including food, hygiene products, and other basic necessities, for 100 affected families. Priority will be given to families with children under 16 or with ill members, where the head of household has been killed, injured, or has lost their job due to the conflict.

Estimated Cost: CAD $5,000

Estimated Duration: April 1-30, 2026

Phase 2: Medical Support & Care (Post-Injury and Vulnerable Individuals)

Phase 2 includes a range of targeted medical and hygiene support items tailored to vulnerable groups:
-
One-month Women’s Support & Care Kits (Undergarments, Tissue paper, Sanitary pads, Soap and shampoo, Wet wipes, etc.)
Estimated Cost: CAD $10 per person

-
ٍEstimated Duration: Spring & Summer 2026

Phase 3: Recovery & Self-Sufficiency (Targeted Family Empowerment)
Phase 3 is dedicated to supporting underprivileged families as they transition from short-term assistance toward sustainable livelihoods and long-term stability. Priority will be given to single mothers, families with children under the age of 16, households caring for ill children, and those with limited or no significant assets. Support will be tailored to each family’s specific circumstances and short-term financial assistance may be provided during the transition period to help families move toward financial independence without immediate pressure.
In addition, particular attention is given to the mental and emotional well-being of youth affected by the conflict, as many children and adolescents have experienced disruption, stress, and uncertainty that can impact their development and sense of security. By reinforcing stable home environments and continued access to education, this phase aims to help restore a sense of normalcy and resilience among younger family members.

Estimated Cost: To be finalized as supports vary based on family needs
